Description
This is a quilt that I designed. I came up with the design, chose the fabrics, and laid out the pieces. My mother did the actual sewing and quilting. It is double bed size.
The name and inspiration comes from Norse mythology. Bifrost is the name of the rainbow bridge that leads from Midgard, the world of mortals, to Asgard, the world of the gods.

I like how the colour of the sashing and the middle blocks interact. It's different from more traditional quilts, but also makes your very interesting. And such gorgeous fabrics as well! I am impressed
